Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Review and Approval
Our technical team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the specific return shipping address.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
